They owned and operated the wildly popular restaurant, Polo’s for more than 10 years in Edmonton’s university district, and received continual rave reviews for their innovative cuisine.
After a short hiatus, Wilson and Judy returned with Edmonton’s newest and most innovative culinary experience - Wild Tangerine - located downstairs in the community of Oliver.
Wild Tangerine offers patrons bright, light, and healthy cuisine that concentrates on flavors both old and new. Dishes are moderate in size, balanced with an adventurous aura, and served in an environment that is gracious yet cosmopolitan. Appetizers are plentiful, and wines are available by the glass.
