"This is a dining experience that you will not forget"
"So unique!! Everything tasted extraordinary, the recipes are obviously very well thought through. Shrimp lollipops were a lot of fun, and the octopus salad was amazing!! Next time I go I have to try the "Fortune Cookies" for dessert, they sounded interesting. This is a dining experience that you will not forget, and prices aren't over-the-top." 9th February 2010
"Can't wait to go back."
"I had the lollipop shrimp...in a word delicious! The dipping sauce put it over the top. I had a ginger cocktail...it was shockingly spicy...not for the timid of palate, but a nice change. For my main I had the lemon chicken and it did not disappoint. I was so full I couldn't even think of desert, even though there were many tempting options. Can't wait to go back."

"The chef is obviously passionate about food."
"My husband and I had an excellent dining experience. Our server was extremely down to earth and friendly yet professional. She was happy to answer our many questions and was also knowledgable.
This was our first visit to this restaurant. As major foodies, having eaten all over the world, and from what we had read had high expectations. They were exceeded! We were happy with all aspects of our dining experience. We both had the shrimp lollipops and found them fun and flavourful. The lamb which was succulent, perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked to medium rare so was meltingly tender. The short ribs did not require the use of a knife and were delicious! Desserts were nicely done. The chef is obviously passionate about food." 9th January 2010

"YUMMY!"
Good service, great flavors, cool drinks! we had an early evening business meeting there. we all liked out food. I had mussels, other people had vegetarian meals which they liked very much. Had a cool melon sake soda drink.excellent! 9th December 2009
"I think this is one of the stand out restaurants in Edmonton!"
Wild Tangerine is a great, small restaurant. It is simple and contemporary. The service was really great here, they were on hand when we needed something but they were smart enough to leave us alone when we were in deep conversation.
Every item they have on the menu sounds delicious and I will definitely be going back again to try the rest of their menu. I didn't bother with an appetizer and chose the Thai Green Curry for my main course.
They did a really good job with this dish. The sauce is thicker then the usual and they served it on pasta. For dessert I went with the fortune cookies (not what you're thinking). They were actual cookies and they were chewy goodness. They also serve it with milk for some classic dipping.

"I LOVE this restaurant!"
I LOVE this restaurant! There is a very good reason they have won numerous awards, including "2007 Edmonton Gold Medal Plates Champion and Canadian Culinary Championship Peoples Choice Award" and "Best 25 Things to Eat in Edmonton - Shrimp Lollipops". William and Judy, a brother and sister cooking duo, knock out some amazing Asian Fusion dishes at this intimate restaurant in Oliver. I highly recommend the Lemon Chicken and Marsala Lamb Chops. Prices are reasonable and the food is ultra fresh and super healthy. They also have frozen curries and soups to go so you can play chef at home. Judy's Famous Green Curry is a spicy favorite that I frequently use on rice and pasta with chicken or prawns. William is very friendly and frequently comes out to talk with his customers. If you see him around don't be afraid to say "Hi!" and chat about the news of the day. Reservations are available but not always necessary, except I recommend making them on weekends. 15th October 2009
"Fantastic Dinner"
I went here recently for my birthday dinner, and it was the best meal I have had in Edmonton in quite some time. We started with the Shrimp Lollipops and loved the wasabi mayo dip. For mains we had the lamb and the chicken, both were incredibly tasty, and you didn't miss the carbs at all. We finished with the gingered bread pudding with banana ice cream, and the tiramisu; again, SO good. Not sure why it took me so long to finally go here, but I know it won't take me that long to go back again! September 22nd 2009
"Almost everything on the menu sounded amazing"
Wild Tangerine was great. It's a small restaurant, simplistic and contemporary. The tiling on the walls is nice. The service was there when we needed them, and left us alone when we were busy laughing with each other. This is a place that seems to know what they're doing. Almost everything on the menu sounded amazing and I feel as if I need to go back to try other things! I probably should have gotten a starter, but didn't. Next time! I jumped straight to the main course and while I was tossed up between two choices, went with the Thai Green Curry. Green curry is one of my most favourite dishes, so of course I had to try this one. It was different! But it was a good different. I liked the spin that they made on the classic dish. The sauce was a lot thicker then typical green curries. Instead of rice, it was on pasta. I enjoyed this a lot and finished every bite There was room for desert and they all sounded wonderful. I was most intrigued by the "Fortune Cookies."There weren't any fortunes. The server said that they used to give fortunes with them. The cookies were soft, chewy, chocolately and delicious. The milk is a GREAT and unique idea. At first I wasn't exactly sure what to do with it, but soon enough I was dipping my cookies into it. It's a lovely restaurant that I'll certainly go back to! January 16th 2009
