Soup Instructions

Savour the Flavour:

Defrost by running hot water over the container for a few minutes to slightly de-thaw the soup to easily slide contents into a saucepan on stove.
No need to add water.
Heat soup to desired temperature.
Stir frequently to prevent soup from sticking.
Once soup comes to a boil, website you may serve.
Approximate heating time is 8 – 10 minutes on the stove.

In a hurry:

Remove soup from container and place in microwaveable bowl.
Cover the bowl.
Heat in microwave with medium heat, sales stopping to stir every few minutes.
Since cooking conditions may vary, nurse adjustments in cooking times may be necessary.

Bag Instructions

Savour the Flavour:

We recommend stove top.
Fill ¾ of a large stock pot with water.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat to medium.
Place entire, unopened bag, into boiling water.
A good guideline to follow:
– If bag is frozen, 6 minutes for every 100 grams
– If bag is thawed, 3 minutes for every 100 grams
When heated, carefully remove from boiling water, open bag to vent steam, and serve.
Approximate heating time is 20-35 minutes.

A small tip: at halftime of boiling, take the bag out of water and wrap it with a tea towel. Rocking gently for and back on the kitchen bench few times and returning the bag to the boiling water. It will make the heating process more efficient and protect the food quality to its best!

To promote food safety, all our food items are thoroughly cooked before bagging process.
